Thankful

I thank God for my life.

For this life He has given to me.

To breathe, to laugh, to give and receive

Every day waking up being free.

He has placed me in His garden fair,

Where I can cultivate and grow,

To be the woman I was meant to be,

That maybe through my life

something may show.

To others that life is not about things,

What you have and what you own.

Life is about people and what is inside,

Where all the memories are stowed.
